Senior Product Engineer (Growth)

Our client is looking for a Senior Software Engineer who genuinely cares about the "first mile" of the user journey. Joining a dedicated Growth team, you won’t just be writing code; you’ll be the bridge that helps developers and product teams connect with the platform quickly and effectively.

What you’ll do:

You’ll help build a scalable Growth platform from the ground up—shaping everything from AI-based data processing to experimentation engines. We’re looking for a mentor and a tinkerer who enjoys A/B testing, collaborating across Design and Product, and refining engineering processes. While our stack is primarily Ruby and GCP/AWS, we value a data-driven mindset and a "help-first" attitude above any specific tool.

Senior Frontend Engineer

Our client is looking for an experienced UI Engineer who won't just be building interfaces; you'll be creating the "front door" for global businesses to turn raw data into intelligent, AI-powered insights.

What you'll do:

You will lead the creation of AI-assisted UIs for data ingestion and transformation—making complex backend processes feel simple and intuitive for the end user. We value "craftsmanship over complexity," so you'll have the freedom to champion engineering excellence through clean code, accessibility, and high performance. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in Bucharest, moving across a modern stack of React and TypeScript while having a real say in our product roadmap.
